Aloha. Purple Yoga Hawaii in Honolulu offers Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Shadow yoga for beginners and beyond, plus classes in Pregnancy and Mom & Baby yoga.

Cathy Louise, Glen, Mara, Brynne, Laura and Kara are dedicated to a progressive way of teaching, with a long-term view of improving our students' physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

We are mindful of each person's needs and abilities, and promote a supportive and friendly environment that's fit for inspired learning and sound practice.

So why do yoga? A regular practice creates a more flexible, stronger, lighter and fitter body. It also reduces stress, focuses the mind and heightens a sense of connection. As you advance in yoga you begin to explore and work with the subtle, energetic body. Yoga's ultimate goal, through the meditative practices, is self-realization.
